December 2023: The African Burial Ground National Monument hosted a weeklong Kwanzaa celebration in December 2023. The fourth day principle is Ujamaa, cooperative economics. On Friday, December 29, 2023, Chevelle Dixon of Pan-African Solutions Consulting will lead a Kinara-side Chat with Samantha Bernardine, President of Flatbush African Burial Ground Coalition (FABG) on the erasure of the legacy of the contributions and physical burial grounds of enslaved Africans in New York City. The event also featured celebratory lighting of the fourth candle of the Kwanzaa kinara, performance artists, networking, and the African Burial Ground National Monument exhibit. Samantha shared her efforts involved in the reclamation of the stories and FABG physical space. The event included an activity and conclude with a call to action for individuals and organizations to take collective responsibility and cooperative stewardship of New York City historical storytelling, reclaiming the African American legacy, and reconciling the past through the arts, physical spaces, and monuments.

March 2022: Fire-side featuring Founder Chevelle Dixon and her Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Soror Nicci Page Founder of The GLOW Code, titled “Who you with? Are you with God?” where we discussed the importance of incorporating God in your business, for your benefit and the benefit of your community.

April 2022: Chevelle Dixon moderates the “Open for Business, Open Streets” panel at the  Association of Black Foundation Executives 2022 Harambee Conference in Washington, D.C. This panel features the work of Pan-African Solutions Consulting client Bridge Street Development Corporation and its partners to impact the Brooklyn community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

April 2022: Chevelle Dixon moderates the “No Org left Behind: Funding Black Faith-based Organizations for Community Impact” panel at the  Association of Black Foundation Executives 2022 Harambee Conference in Washington, D.C. This session sheds light on the collective works of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Brooklyn, NY,  Alfred Street Baptist Church of Alexandria, Virginia, and the Samuel Dewitt Proctor Conference of Chicago, IL, efforts to support criminal justice reform, economic development, and meet the basic needs of their respective local community throughout the pandemic. We examine the ways in which philanthropic foundations can tap into the faith-based market to increase its impact on the Black community.

August 2023: The Association of Fundraising Professionals New York City Chapter proudly presents an engaging organic conversation, highlighting the intersectionality of three major milestones in Black community fundraising occurring this August 2023: Black Philanthropy Month, the 50th Year of Hip Hop (Friday, August 11th), and National Nonprofit Day (Thursday, August 17th). Chevelle Dixon moderates an engaging organic conversation with Dr. Meisha Porter, President and CEO of the Bronx Community Foundation, and with Dr. Jocelynne Rainey, President and CEO of the Brooklyn Community Foundation. All express their love for their respective Bronx and Brooklyn communities and Hip Hop, and how they exercise this "Love In Action" through leading their organizations to fill funding priorities and gaps in New York City individually and collaboratively. They conclude with calls to action in support of Black community fundraising.

February 2021: Chevelle Dixon leads a webinar for students of South Africa's Entrepreleaders School. She shares her entrepreneurship journey and some key lessons that fortified her during the Covid-19 global pandemic. As a native New Yorker, hailing from Bedford-Stuyvesant - home of legendary entrepreneur Jay-Z, Chevelle drops some jewels on one characteristic that is innate to everyone in her neighborhood – hustle.

August 2021: GoBlack2Africa Founder interviews Chevelle Dixon in Curacao on her background in African economic development and Diaspora relations.
